User Notes:
This is a Reference recording for use only in the Library. DVD (Region 1 colding); 18 tracks; 2 hours, 50 minutes. This seminar is divided into 3 parts, with Q&A sessuions following Parts 1 and 2. This seminar was recorded live in Zurich on 5/14/2010 and is the second seminar in a two-part series. In this lecture, Dr. Murray Stein, Jungian analyst, picks up where he ended in Part I, discussing material in the second section of The Red Book ("Liber Secundus"), then discusses the third section ("Scrutinies," which includes Jung’s “Seven Sermons to the Dead”), and looks finally at “the conclusion of this whole project, how it ends, and what it might mean for [Jung individually], for the field of analytical psychology today … and for our times." Dr. Stein, an OFJ presenter on several occasions, is an excellent speaker. Part I of this seminar, recorded January 22, 2010, is also in the Library's Reference Recordings: MNF-101282. Copies of Part I and II are also available in the Library's circulating recordings.
