Jung's lectures are translated from the original German version, entitled: "Versuch einer Darstellung der psychoanalytischen Theorie." The first English publication of these lectures (in five issues of "The Psychoanalytic Review," 1913-1915) had the title "The Theory of Psychoanalysis."
