This is a Reference book for use only in the Library. Hardbound; x + 349 pp., including 19 black-and-white illustrations, numerous in-text diagrams and figures, bibliographic references in footnotes, and an index. The material presented in this volume has an extensive history in C.G. Jung's publications, having first appeared (in English) in much-reduced form in "The Integration of the Personality" (1939). After extensive revision and expansion, Jung's analysis of Pauli's dreams was published as "Individual Dream Symbolism in Relation to Alchemy" (CW XII, Section II, ¶44-¶331). The notes in this Philemon volume from Jung's seminars of 1936 and 1937 provide further elaboration of this material.
