During the range included in the Library's holdings, "Brigit's Feast" was published quarterly on each of the four major Celtic festivals: Samhain (Nov. 1); Imbolc (Feb. 1); Beltene (May 1); Lughnasadh (Aug. 1). The volume/year began with the Samhain issue (November - January) and concluded with the Lughnasadh issue (August - October). The subtitle of Brigit's Feast" changed over the course of its publication history: • Vol. 1, No. 1: A Celtic/Gaulic journal of thought, history and folk-lore • Subsequently: The journal of Celtic/Gaulic thought, culture, history and folk-lore The publisher of "Brigit's Feast" was based in Portland, Oregon.
