minor revisions" were incorporated into the second printing of the
first edition in 1972. The corrected, second printing of the first edition
is the terminal version of CW3, as reflected in Princeton's digital edition
of Jung's Collected Works, which is also among the Library's holdings.
Vol. 3 of the Collected Works was the tenth to be published.
Publication histories of the 10 principal papers and the appended item
that are included in CW 3 are provided in footnotes to the text, in editorial
notes, and in the table of contents.
